These are the rules for creating Techniques, Spells and Augmentations.
ARM's & SOR- Rank E cannot go past 10 damage and has to be at least 5 energy.
Rank D cannot go past 20 damage and has to be at least 10 energy.
Rank C cannot go past 40 damage and has to be at least 20 energy.
Rank B cannot go past 60 damage and has to be at least 30 energy.
Rank A cannot go past 80 damage and has to be at least 40 energy.
Rank S cannot go past 100 damage and has to be at least 50 energy.
AUG- E rank cannot be more than a single eye or finger with a very small special ability. The cost of activation cannot be less than 5 energy.
D rank cannot be more than a single appendage such as the hand a pair of eyes or a foot with a small special ability. The cost of activation cannot be less than 10 energy.
C rank cannot be more than a limb, or a pair of appendages such as the hands or feet with either two small special abilities or one good special ability. The cost of activation cannot be less than 20 energy.
B rank cannot be more than a pair of limbs, or a whole right side of the user with either one big ability or two good abilities. The cost of activation cannot be less than 30 energy. The user may have D rank enhancements to the B rank ability.
A rank cannot be more than half of the users body, or a limb with C rank enhancements. The cost of activation cannot be less than 40 energy and the abilities can be a huge ability or 2 big abilities.
S rank cannot be more than all of the users body, or a limb with B rank enhancements. The cost of activation cannot be less than 50 energy and the abilities can be a Grand ability or 2 huge abilities.
